An Albino Lopunny with a quirky and high spirited personality. Sort of a goofball.

Chloe is the daughter of a martial arts teacher for a father and a free spirited mother who had moved to the teselia region just before her birth and was raised along a few siblings in the city of Sterzare Fiume, being an unusual albino coloring which made her and most of her family stand out from the norm of Lopunny and Buneary species. As a child Chloe was very curious and mischevious having wandered and sought out fun as she usually ended up in situations that caused panic and danger to herself and her family and eventually lead to her needing to be trained by her father in self-defense in order to protect from bullies or other dangerous situations which there could be many of.

Chloe also had a strong tendency to gnaw on things as a childish habit and her favorite foods are Carrots and Chocolates which she tends to carry many of the former with her and having gone to school had a lot of teasing and bullying due to her unusual coloring and was often called "Snoweary" by some kids along with some of her siblings though this would never deter her as she was for the most part unhinged and never let it get to her throughout her childhood as she improved her fighting skills up until becoming a teenager evolving into a Lopunny and having become her peak condition where she would then be called "Snowpunny" by teasing kids.

As a teenager Chloe was much more refined and polished on her physique and capable of pretty much everything from parkour, running and fighting as she excelled at such gym related classes in P.E. Making her favorite teacher Coach Bolat. It was around this time that she for the first time witnessed one of her sisters being picked on physically by a bully and thus for the first time used her fighting skills in defense to protect her thus she pretty much beat the crap out of him without so much as taking a hit in return and only stopped the moment that a fellow student Georgina patted her head which somehow as if she knew made her calm and become docile liking it which created her first friendship.

With this through Georgina she went on to meet and befriend a few others such as Berletta Bolat, Benelli Bolat and later Julia Morrison, Rena Monroe, Azalea Panolite and their respective boyfriends.
